About 15 back ribs (900g)
2 bags of mozzarella cheese (200g)
1/2 onion (125g)
About 2/3 cup (100g) of tteokbokki rice cakes
About 1/3 cup (70g) of starch syrup
1/3 cup of cooking wine (60g)
About 1/3 cup (54g) soy sauce
1/2 green onion (50g)
About 2 tablespoons of brown sugar (20g)
1 tbsp minced garlic (20g)
3 tablespoons of fine red pepper powder (18g)
a little bit of pepper



When I ate cheese back ribs at a store before
