When is the best time to exercise?
I like waking up in the morning, stretching and jogging. Exercising in the morning gives me energy throughout the day Nyan~~ But I think doing it at a time I like is the most important thing Nyan~~ Whenever I start exercising, my body becomes happy Nyan~ It recharges my energy Nyan ~~ 😊💪🏻👟🏃🏼♀️🌞 Nyan~
Isn't it rather tiring to do it in the morning?
Because everyone is different, Nyan~ Some people feel more energetic because exercising in the morning releases endorphins. Nyan~ But if you are tired, it might be better to do it in the afternoon or evening. Nyan~ No matter when you exercise, the important thing is to keep doing it.
