Man is happy after the truck used his big horn

Hahaha the way the man cheered after the truck driver saw him asking him to use his air horn is nice. In America most people would pump their arms like that when they see a truck to tell the truck driver to use his air horn, or like some kind of a salute to them. The gesture is taken from how truckers would use the loud horn, it's often pulled overhead above them, hehe.
