Everything happens at your own pace
The one thing I have come to realize is that everyone is on their own paths, we all have our own timelines.
Some people will go to college, graduate, and take 5 years to find a job.
Some people will go to college, graduate, and find their dream job right out of school.
Some people will go to college, never graduate, and never find their passion.
Some people, like myself, won’t go to college, but will find their passion.
There is no “right” time
There is no “right” time to ask her out, or to get married, or to have a kid.
There is no “right” time to drop out of college, or to find your passion.
The only “right” choice you can make is the one you feel is right for you, the one that makes you happy — the one that is yours.
Just because your best friend from high school found their passion, and is working their dream job without a college degree doesn’t mean that is the right path for you, or that your timelines are the same.
It doesn’t matter if you are 20 or 50, it doesn’t matter if you have a college degree or not, it doesn’t matter if it takes you 5 months or 5 years.
