Don't believe in this guy! leashing is still part of the game! It makes your jungler go faster at clearing camps since they also have a competition in jungle! Faster clearing means having more priority in objectives which can lead to snowball of opportunities depending on the situation!
Also, some junglers suck at clearing so that's why they needed help for leash!
Well that is just my opinion but i still think leashing is very important~
