GTA 3 was kind of disappointing but then again that was the first 3D GTA game. I guess they never thought of the idea or adding a gas pump asset in the game. In GTA: Vice City there was finally a gas pump but it's not really explosive lol. Only then in GTA: San Andreas did they make them explosive, haha.
