Lol it's like this indeed nowadays. Most YouTube thumbnails are often clickbait and a lot of times the thumbnails have nothing to do with the video at all. Even outside gaming niche, a lot of YouTube videos are like this. Usually if the thumbnails are like this I avoid clicking it since more often that not, it's a useless or trash video, haha.
