Lmfao I think this does not happen exclusively at gyms with clients and trainers. Sometimes it happens with co-workers or customers or even with strangers. They would joke and while it is funny (sometimes it isn't), you are forced to laugh just because you don't want to come off as a rude or super serious person, haha.
