A sleeper house setup

Lol on the outside it looks like a simple and makeshift house but once you get inside it looks like a cozy, rich man's lair, haha. That's awesome but I don't think it's real. My best guess is that it's edited and behind the curtain is green screen and they changed it to something that looks like that room then have it transition to that room with a smooth transition effect, hehe.
