ㅤDark chocolate work wonders for periods. Hot meals that warm the whole
body (soups or anything with lots of sauce or thick viscous liquids like
hot chocolate etc) works wonders for
loneliness/"missingness"/"unhopeness". Refreshing drinks and foods
(citrus juices, minted juices, lemon and mint sweet pie etc) work well
for rage. Sweets for disgust, specially social ones (like seeing a
mother spoil a child or someone simping)
