Binging with Babish: Grits from My Cousin Vinny

The grits need salt and pepper, and I'd probably start salting them
before they've finished cooking (kind of like when cooking rice or pasta
in salty water. The shrimp and grits, on the other hand, look
fantastic. Shrimp and Grits has plenty of room for variation and
improvisation, so as long as you aren't using instant grits, you're  fine.
