Recently Terra's founder Do Kwon has been discussing plans of revival of the project and the community decided to vote regarding one proposal scheduled May 18.
The plan is about forking the blockchain into a new chain that does not include an algorithmic stablecoin, and the newly minted tokens from the network will be airdropped to Terra ecosystem participants and holders.
Remember that LUNA gained a bit of its value but went down again after Do Kwon discussed his plan to fork. The proposal is called “Terra Ecosystem Revival Plan 2”
