The mother of all ninjutsu is obviously the most powerful villain in the whole narutoverse. One of the many reasons why she is considered so is because she can't die. Kaguya is impossible to kill because she is a god and can use any kind of technique, not to mention that she is the first ten-tailed beast in their world. But above all, her main power is to transport people into dreams that are, in reality, nightmares. She is the most evil and strongest villain in the franchise and anyone who would even dare to go against her is definitely foolish.
