Yet another delicious and physically appetizing dish from Italian masterchef Takumi Aldini. Based from the name of the dish itself, this is a perfect mix of sour and sweetness, which may not sound so good considering that this is a dessert, but the tartness of the lemon and limoncillo hides perfectly behind all the sugary goodness of the cake and the pudding. If I would be given the chance to eat this dessert, I would DEVOUR this one.
