Italian masterchef Takumi Aldini masterminded this dish. While it's personally not one of my favorite ones, the dish itself looks very appetizing, despite the thick noodles (which I already do not like so, cognitive bias). The sauce looks amazing and thick, which pairs really well with the thicker noodle but it also looks very elegantly done which, for me, is always a plus point.
