Hehe, that was actually nice of them to help the animal stuck in there. Raccoons would often scavenge dumpsters and trash bins for food. This one was probably doing that and got stuck in there and can't climb up especially when the lid got closed. Good thing there was a hockey stick brought by the human to help the raccoon climb up.
