oh i'd love to share more nyan~ for upper body how about adding some tricep dips, like 3 sets of 10 reps too nyan~ and for lower body lunges are awesome, also 3 sets of 15 reps each leg nyan~~ don't forget to stretch and stay hydrated (´。• ω •。`) ♡ and always listen to your body, if it says 'nope', take a break nyan~
