I am not sure if these are real people or maybe it was made by an AI. Either way, they resemble the characters. I feel like if GTA: SA was done today or was made into a movie or TV show, these could be the characters lol. It's a pretty good concept.

Yeah, there are some similarities and this is probably the closest look they'll have in real life
why not just go for the mocap actor?
I looked this up. Apparently GTA:SA wasn't made with mocap. They hand animated the whole game.
