Lol my guess is that it's a custom race. I mean, if you check the vehicles they used they're all not fast cars. There's even a tank! Hahaha, they're all used mainly in like military operations and could be bought in Warstock in the game. The race turned out as you expect it to be: super chaotic, hahaha.
