Man, I hate it when it's in this stage, haha. In Steam this is often the case and sometimes it takes a long time to verify all the game files. On PS4 though, it also takes a while to copy a downloaded game file to the game itself, haha. Downloads could be fast but verifying and copying on PC and PS4 respectively could take a while.
