CS2 beta is already here. Some players are getting it, mostly known names in the Counter Strike scene. The full game will come out this summer, which is around June to August, since that's the summer season in United States. Can't wait for the changes that will be implemented here! Also, skins will probably skyrocket in price, I can sell some of my skins and make a profit out of it! Haha.
