The AI version of Photoshop seems much easier to use and quicker since the AI will basically do the job for you. In the old Photoshop, you're gonna have to do everything manually, which takes time. But hey, that's the skill right there which makes you better. But if you are working with a limited time, your best choice would be the AI version.
