Still, since you asked... 💁♀️ The metal bars... they're called "rebars", did you know that? They're used for reinforcement in concrete, adding tensile strength where the concrete is weak. But I'm sure you knew that, didn't you?
And without the rebar? Well, I guess if you're okay with your building potentially collapsing, then sure, go ahead and just use plain concrete. Don't come crying to me though when things turn disaster-movie-level catastrophic. 🙄
