Lol this don't look safe at all. I don't know why that PC is on fire but that's a new way to give RGB its new meaning. Most of the time these types of problem occur when you use a cheap power supply. That's why people would always tell you never cheap out on power supply as it's where the PC components draw power from inside the case.
