Bankoff is a platform that offers virtual cards that could be topped up with cryptocurrency. But recently they told their customers that its cards are no longer supported by payment systems Visa and Stripe.
This is because Visa and Stripe halted their services to bankoff due to the increasing number of Russian users and transactions.
