This looks like a bunch of buildings stacked together in some building simulator video game lol. It also reminds me of that game on old Nokia phones where you have to stack cubes of building floors until it all falls down, I forgot what it's called. I don't think this design is for everyone but I have to say I admire the uniqueness of this complex.
