This is just a short 163 paged book but definitely a masterpiece. It contains powerful emotions, interesting characters, plot twists.
The book is about a Spanish shepherd boy named Santiago following his dream or personal legend as it is described in the book. The shepherd starts the journey with a dream about finding treasure in the Pyramids of Egypt all the way from his homeland Spain. He is both a simple sheepherder and an ambitious explorer.
A friend recommended this one to me and I definitely loved it's story and now I am the one recommending it to you guys if you need a short but good book to read.
