I just came home after a hard workout in the gym and man, my legs are really beat up after doing leg workouts, haha. Need to take lots of protein and try to recover and build muscle now with resting! Haha. How about you? How often do you workout?

I had really good routine before the pandemic, then I gradually got lazy
With how the pandemic changed a lot of things, I understand that. It was my situation before as well. Then I started working out again last year around July.
