His grip is really strong not to mention his strength. That might look easy because he did it effortlessly but if someone who don't train all the time do this, they're gonna have a hard time trying this out. Even if you can hold onto the wood it'd be hard to carry yourself on it. If you can't do a pull up then this would be a lot tougher.
